12. Booking Terms
Bookings for our training courses can only be made via phone or email. We do not accept online bookings at this time.
When booking via phone or email, please provide all necessary information, including the course name, preferred dates, and participant details.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received in full and an acknowledgment email is sent by KTC Safety.
Changes to booking details, including participant names or dates, must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
13. AVA – Ayrton Virtual Assistant (AI Service)
13.1 Nature of Service: AVA is an automated artificial intelligence tool provided by KTC Safety and Ayrton Group. AVA is designed to assist with general inquiries regarding course availability, training schedules, and general company information.
13.2 No Safety or Legal Advice: Information provided by AVA does not constitute professional health and safety consultancy, legal advice, or a formal risk assessment. You must not rely on AVA’s responses to satisfy statutory safety requirements or to make critical operational safety decisions.
13.3 Accuracy: While we aim for accuracy, AI technology can generate incorrect, outdated, or nonsensical information. KTC Safety and Ayrton Group provide AVA on an “as-is” basis and specifically disclaim any liability for errors or omissions in its output. Users must verify all course technicalities and safety protocols with a qualified human instructor before taking action.
13.4 Callback Requests: If you provide your name, email, or phone number to AVA to request a callback, you authorize KTC Safety/Ayrton Group to contact you using those details. A callback request does not constitute a confirmed booking or a binding contract for services.
13.5 Prohibited Use: You agree not to use AVA to transmit any unlawful, threatening, or sensitive personal information (such as PPS numbers or medical data).
